Due to ongoing losses, the merchant has decided to clear out inventory at a loss. Doug Bryant is currently operating its stores on a clearance sale basis. During this period, we will continue to strive to provide customers with a clear, fair, and enforceable refund and return policy.
1. Return Period
Customers can apply for a return or refund within 30 days of receiving the goods. Applications submitted after this period will not be accepted.
2. Return Conditions
Returns/refunds are possible in the following situations:
Severely damaged goods during transportation
Received incorrect goods or goods that do not match the order
Products with obvious quality problems
Since dried flower bouquets are handmade and clearance items, minor differences in shape are not considered quality issues.
3. Refund Process
Customers must first contact customer service to submit a return request.
After confirmation that the conditions are met, a return or compensation will be arranged.
Refund will be processed after the returned goods are approved.
4. Refund Arrival Time
Refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 3 business days after approval.
Actual arrival time may vary slightly depending on the processing speed of the bank or payment platform.
5. Shipping Costs
For returns due to quality issues or incorrect shipments, shipping costs will be borne by our store. For other returns, shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
6. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are not supported in the following situations:
Returns after the 30-day return period
Damage caused by human error or use
